its project at Innovation World 2014 to top media representatives and industry
leaders
Dubai, UAE, February 9, 2014 – Software AG's University Relations
department has recently announced its first Innovation World 2014 Idea Contest
for universities worldwide. The company has invited faculty members and
students from universities everywhere to develop a concept describing the idea
and a tangible model for a showcase to be presented at Innovation World 2014
from October 13th to 15th in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. The project should
highlight Software AG's technology and demonstrate the software’s potential
with regard to the four mega trends big data, mobile, social and cloud services
in a tangible way. The winning team will receive up to
$10,000 to help fund development of the showcase.
Bashar Yaish, Vice President for the Gulf Region, Software AG, said: “We
invite students and faculty from international universities to participate in
the Innovation World 2014 Ideas Contest. It will be an excellent opportunity
for them to showcase their creativity using the Software AG product suite to
the media and industry leaders in the USA. Software AG has always taken a keen
interest in encouraging and promoting new talents as well as fresh technology
and this contest is the latest initiative in this direction.”
The Software AG product suite helps organizations achieve their business
objectives faster. The company's big data, integration and business process
management technologies enable customers to drive operational efficiency,
modernize their systems and optimize processes for smarter decisions and better
services. Faculty members and students from around the world are being called
on to develop a compelling technology and business model in order to demonstrate
the solid benefits that companies can gain from Software AG's portfolio. The
winning model will be demonstrated at Innovation World 2014 and presented to
the Innovation World audience by the students.

This year's contest is now open, and interested parties can
enter by email at university@softwareag.com
by February 28th, 2014. The concept must be submitted by April 17th, 2014. The
winning team will be notified by May 1st, 2014 and will receive up to $10,000
to fund the showcase project. They will present it at Innovation World 2014 on
October 13-15, 2014.

الجامعية في شركة "سوفت وير إيه. جي" (Software AG) مؤخّراً عن إطلاق مسابقة فكرة معرض
"عالم الابتكار 2014" (Innovation World 2014) الأولى
للجامعات العالمية. وقامت الشركة بدعوة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والطلبة في
الجامعات العالمية لتقديم فكرة ونموذج عملي لمشروع معرض يتم تقديمه في معرض
"عالم الابتكار 2014"، الذي يقام خلال الفترة من 13 ولغاية 15
أكتوبر/تشرين الأول المقبل في نيو أورليانز في ولاية لويزيانا الأمريكية. ويجب أن
يسلط المشروع الضوء على تكنولوجيا شركة "سوفت وير إيه. جي" ويظهر بطريقة
عملية إمكانات برامجها فيما يتعلق بأربعة اتجاهات هي؛ البيانات الضخمة
والتكنولوجيا النقالة والخدمات الاجتماعية والسحابية، حيث سيتم تقديم 10.000 دولار
لتنفيذ المشروع الفائز.
وقال بشار يعيش، نائب الرئيس لمنطقة الخليج في شركة
"سوفت وير إيه. جي": "ندعو الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئات
التدريسية من الجامعات العالمية إلى المشاركة في مسابقة فكرة مشروع معرض
"عالم الابتكار 2014"، حيث ستتيح لهم هذه المشاركة فرصة ممتازة لعرض
إبداعاتهم بإستخدام مجموعة منتجات "سوفت وير إيه. جي" أمام وسائل
الإعلام ورواد القطاع في الولايات المتحدة. وأبدينا على الدوام اهتماماً كبيراً
بتعزيز قدرات المواهب الجديدة وكذلك التكنولوجيا الجديدة، حيث تعتبر هذه المسابقة أحدث
مبادراتنا في هذا المجال."
وتساعد مجموعة

أعمالها بشكل أسرع. كما تتيح تقنيات البيانات الضخمة والتكامل وتحسين سير العمل من

أنظمتهم وتحسين العمليات لإتخاذ
قرارات مدروسة وتقديم خدمات أفضل. وتتم دعوة الهيئات التدريسية والطلبة من أنحاء
العالم لتطوير تكنولوجيا ونموذج أعمال مقنع من أجل توضيح الفوائد التي يمكن
للشركات أن تكسبها من جراء استخدام محفظة حلول "سوفت وير إيه. جي".
وسيعرض النموذج الفائز في جناح الشركة في معرض "عالم الابتكار 2014"،
حيث سيتم تقديمه لجمهور المعرض من قبل الطلاب.
وتعد مسابقة هذا العام مفتوحة للجهات المهتمة بالمشاركة فيها عن طريق
الكتابة إلى العنوان university@softwareag.com في موعد
أقصاه 28 فبراير/شباط الجاري. ويجب تقديم المشروع بحلول 17 أبريل/نيسان المقبل،
حيث سيتم إخطار الفائزين بتاريخ 1 مايو/أيار المقبل وسيحصلون على مبلغ 10.000 دولار
من أجل تنفيذ مشروع المعرض بحيث يمكن تقديمه في معرض "عالم الابتكار
2014"، الذي سيقام خلال الفترة من 13 ولغاية 15 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول المقبل.
